‘My Goodness’, a tasty new range from Sauce Works

Progressive Co Down sauce company, Sauce Works, has introduced a range of ambient sauces for the retail sector, boasting innovative packaging and ten tasty flavours.

The ‘My Goodness’ range by Sauce Works is the first sauce range in Ireland to use a top down bottle with non-drip lid, which will deliver standout on retailers’ shelves.

The unique 400ml bottles are designed to ensure consumers can easily get the most out of each bottle of ‘My Goodness’ sauce. Made from high density polyethylene (HDPE), the bottles are lightweight and perfectly shaped to be comfortably held in the hand.

The Sauce Works ‘My Goodness’ range introduces four new sauce flavours that join the existing Sauce Works favourites. New flavours in the range include Ole’ Miss, a smooth sauce with a Southern tang; Honey Mustard which brings sweet heat to sandwiches, salads and chicken dishes; smokey Southwest Chipotle and the popular sandwich classic, Tikka Mayo.

Commenting on the launch of the new range, Paul Bell, Managing Director of Sauce Works Ltd. says: “The ‘My Goodness’ range from Sauce Works has seen the packaging of our sauce products get a complete overhaul.

“The new branding, combined with the convenient design of the bottle style, provides a vibrant and fresh look for the range, creating on-shelf standout for the brand. The initial response from customers has been excellent, and we’re about the launch the range across Ireland.”

With an expanded range of flavours, appealing to consumers who want tasty and convenient sauces that will liven up any meal, the ‘My Goodness’ ambient range from Sauce Works is about to hit shelves this month.

Mr Bell continues: “We know from our 20 years’ experience in foodservice that our distinctive sauce flavours are winners with customers. Therefore, we decided to grow the ‘My Goodness’ ambient range, adding some great new flavours which shoppers will love. With R&D central to our future plans, this is just the start of a number of new innovations from Sauce Works. Watch this space!”

Sauce Works’ premises has also recently seen another change in the form of new filling, labelling and packaging machinery which has been installed at its Crossgar-based HQ. The new machine will improve efficiency and increase output, and is the latest investment in the business by the Management team.
