Staff from Musgrave Retail Partners stores across Northern Ireland have been awarded ‘WorldHost’ certification.

SuperValu Ballymoney, Co Antrim, Centra Omagh Brookmount, Co Tyrone, Centra Crossmaglen, Co Armagh and Centra Trory and Ballinamallard, Co Fermanagh, completed the renowned Customer Service Programme ‘Sales Powered by Service’ earlier this year in conjunction with the Southern Regional College.

The training provides staff with effective selling skills which enables them to maximise every sales opportunity and deliver excellent service standards within their community. This programme supports Musgrave’s focus on driving sales and retail excellence among its independent retail partners.

Stuart Roulston is owner of Centra Ballinamallard and Centra Trory, both of which have completed the WorldHost programme.

“Staff at both of my stores have undertaken the WorldHost training initiative and found it to be extremely beneficial in giving them a clear understanding of what the customer is looking for and how they can deliver on expectations. I have already noticed the difference the programme has made to staff in both stores in terms of their confidence and sales skills,” said Stuart.

Elaine Sinclair, Retail Training and Development Manager of Musgrave Retail Partners who organised the WorldHost training commented: “Our retailers who have taken part in this renowned course have made a real commitment to training their staff to deliver the highest standards of customer service across Northern Ireland.”
