Eamonn Holmes revealed as host for NR Awards

One of Northern Ireland’s best-loved broadcasters, Eamonn Holmes, will host this year’s Northern Ireland Retailer Awards.

The television personality has anchored some of the most popular shows on UK screens for over 20 years, including This Morning and GMTV.

Known for his quick wit, smooth delivery, and coolness in any situation (see his interview with illusionist David Blaine), Eamonn’s charismatic persona will ensure this year’s ceremony is the most entertaining yet.

Table bookings are already reaching an unprecedented rate, as independents, groups, and industry figures join the rush for seats at this celebration of NI’s grocery industry.

The red carpet will be laid out on October 16 for the champagne reception to greet those attending before a sensational black tie dinner with fine wines and soaring live entertainment.

After the success of last year, the 2015 Neighbourhood Retailer Awards return to the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Belfast for their 17th annual outing.

Among the brightest lights in the retailing sector will be top decision-makers from NI’s biggest symbol groups, wholesalers, oil companies and suppliers – making this the most essential networking opportunity of the year.

Neighbourhood Retailer is also proud to announce that Cancer Fund for Children will be this year’s official charity, returning after a successful year at the 2014 ceremony.

The awards have attracted a deluge of high-calibre entries from both established and new retailers, all of which are hoping to hop on stage and take home one or more of the prestigious awards, and with it, recognition and respect from the industry’s biggest players.
