Crisp brand McCoy’s has launched a squad of competitions to celebrate scoring a lucrative football deal.

McCoy’s is now the official crisp partner of the oldest soccer league in the world, the Football League, which includes The Championship, League One, and League Two.

Now the brand is calling on Northern Ireland’s supporters of the league’s combined 72 clubs to get behind its latest campaign, which will offer local football fans the chance to win ‘money can’t buy’ football prizes on packs over the next few months.

As well as thousands of two-for-one football league tickets, footie fans can win executive seats at the Championship Play-Off Final.

During the trip, supporters will get a tour of Wembley stadium, a VIP ‘meet and greet’ with clubs and managers, and a tour of Sky Studios with an opportunity to be in the audience for Soccer AM or Saturday Night Football – with travel and accommodation included.

McCoy’s lovers can also win a brand new 42” TV with free Sky Sports for a year, along with a year’s supply of McCoy’s crisps.

The Northern Ireland promotions include a range of activities, such as a football inspired McCoy’s NI Pub Quiz, and a Sky Sports TV campaign featuring Soccer AM’s Max Rushden celebrating the ‘Real McCoy’s’ of the beautiful game.

Ricky Watts, business account manager for McCoy’s manufacturer KP Snacks, said:  “These are the real football fans that McCoy’s is targeting, those fans with a real passion for the beautiful game and a loyalty towards their club.”

McCoy’s has 100% distribution across in 350 symbol stores locally for its top three flavours – flame grilled steak, salt and malt vinegar, and cheddar and onion.

Across the UK, one pack of McCoy’s is eaten every 15 seconds.
