Unique chocolate creations by Chocolate Manor

The Chocolate Manor was established in November 2012 in the Coleraine home kitchen of mum of two, Geri Martin.

The vision for the business was to delight and impress with unique chocolate creations, and by 2013, with an Innovation Voucher from InvestNI, the Chocolate Manor became the first artisan producer in the province to design and handcraft a range of bespoke printed chocolates. The business moved to a purpose-built workshop in Coleraine to increase production capability in 2014.

Stockists are also working with the local chocolate company to create their own bespoke designs that suit their market.  The popular ‘Learn the Lingo’ range showcases the unique phrases of Northern Ireland (such as ‘What’s the Craic’ or ‘Bout Ye’), with specialist local versions available.

The business is thriving thanks to its ability to personalise its core products to suit the needs of its stockist and clients, and gained an extra boost when selected by HRH The Duke of York as the only Northern Irish food or drink business to supply bespoke chocolates for his entrepreneurial initiative ‘Pitch@Palace’ held at St James’ Palace, London, in both November 2015 and March 2016.

Founder Geri was named one of Belfast’s Top 50 in Business, and was a finalist in both the Women in Business and Causeway Coast & Glens Business Awards in 2015.
