Detectives investigating robbery in Enniskillen

Detectives are appealing for information following a report of a robbery at commercial premises at the Dublin Road area of Enniskillen on Sunday 28th January.

At around 6pm, it was reported that a masked man entered a shop in the area armed with a suspected baton and a knife.

“It was reported the male demanded money from two members of staff, before making off on foot with a sum of cash following the incident. Although both male staff members were threatened, they were not injured,” said Detective Sergeant Curley.

“The male is described as being around 5”6 in height, with a grey backpack and wearing dark coloured clothing and gloves.

“Enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone with any information to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 1344 28/01/24.
