McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers impress with their expertise and commitment to the customer experience
A pivotal part of any retail operation, customer service has never been more important.
And for the 2023 Outstanding Customer Service Award winners, their award win is a testament to their commitment and drive to ensure a fantastic in-store experience for all their customers.
McAtamney’s Traditional Butchers secured the title at this year’s gala awards night on Friday 20th October and were praised for going to extraordinary lengths to be among the best in the country.
Judges said staff at McAtamney’s were “unfailingly friendly and courteous”.
“They engaged well with customers and were happy to share their expertise and knowledge to enhance the customer experience,” added the judges.
Independently judged by Spotcheck, the awards were judged to exacting standards over a three-month period.
Such was the level of first-class experience in this category, there was also a Highly Commended store, with Daly’s Service Station, Dungannon also praised for their superb customer experience.
The Neighbourhood Retailer Awards reward excellence, recognise achievement, raise industry standards, and reward entrepreneurial spirit and are Northern Ireland’s most prestigious retail awards.
