New Director of Sales and Retail is appointed at Nisa

Nisa MD, Peter Batt, has appointed Katie Secretan onto his senior leadership team as Director of Sales and Retail, to help drive and implement its long-term business plans.

Joining from her most recent role as Retail Transformation Director at the Post Office, Katie will be responsible for setting the strategic direction to deliver against its 2030-year business plan, whilst being accountable for growth objectives, through recruitment and retention across its retail and wholesale partners.

Katie has a wealth of leadership and retail business development experience, holding multiple roles in Franchise, Retail Operations and Transformation at the Post Office. As part of her successes, Katie developed and delivered a two-year franchise business plan whilst at the Post Office, creating a new business unit and operating model, delivering strong commercial growth and robust partnerships.

Prior to this, Katie was Director of Retail Franchise and Corporate Partnerships at Costa Coffee, as well as a number of commercial and operational roles at both Capita and Telefonica O2 UK.

Katie will start in her new role mid-January 2024.
