Forecourt praised for its ‘great range of services’ at gala awards
A busy forecourt along the north coast took home the top award in the Forecourt of the Year Category 1 at the 2022 Neighbourhood Retailer gala awards.
Morans Centra Coleraine was singled out for its “great range of services” as well as an “exceptionally clean and tidy” forecourt.
Judges said staff were “well informed, professional and efficient, creating good rapport with their customers”.
Independently judged by Spotcheck, the awards are judged to exacting standards over a three-month period.
Now in their 26th year, the Neighbourhood Retailer Awards reward excellence, recognise achievement, raise industry standards and reward entrepreneurial spirit.
Donna Moran said the staff were “ecstatic” to win the award and everyone was “absolutely delighted”.
“It has put everything into perspective that all their hard work pays off, especially in such a prestigious event, which celebrates amazing retailing in Northern Ireland,” added Donna.
