Health Trust workers get a Boost from local supermarket and chaplain’s ‘I See You’ initiative

Staff from EUROSPAR Dundonald have backed a local hospital chaplain’s initiative to support local health trust workers, giving them a ‘boost’ in these challenging times.

1000 Boost chocolate bars were donated to South Eastern Trust workers who also received a copy of Chaplain Vivienne Manley’s booklet, ‘I See You’, in a bid to remind them of their worth, importance and the support they have in their local community, particularly during the pandemic period.

Janice commented; “Our store is just a minute away from the Ulster Hospital, so our customers are very much those healthcare workers who have been on the frontline for the past 15 months. We were delighted when Vivienne approached us about supporting, and we hope our Boost bars give them a sweet treat during a very much deserved break in the coming weeks.”
